Kevlar is additionally incorporated into the bow and keel areas for strength and rigidity. In the areas of thru-hulls, chainplates, and deck hardware, the construction is solid GRP. The hull above the waterline is cored with Divinycell while subsoles and bulkheads are cored with Nida-Core. These are expensive materials that don't allow moisture penetration and add to the life and continued safety of this design. In other words, she protects you....and your investment. Storyteller is a cruising veteran, and her strong point is that she is set up for anchoring out for long periods of time. She boasts 3, 370W solar panels that produce enough electricity to allow day to day electrical use including frig and freezer, plus using the watermaker ....without having to use the generator.
